The 50/50 split cooking surface includes both a grill grate and a griddle plate, offering versatility and control for a wide range of dishes. At the core of the Ignite+ is a Bluetooth Smart Thermometer, which provides real-time cooking data via the integrated LCD screen or the Matador BBQ App. With three wired probe inputs (two probes included), the thermometer allows you to track internal temperatures, monitor the ambient BBQ environment, receive alerts, and even charge devices via its USB-C port. Also included is a Bluetooth gas level reader, which sends real-time updates to both the onboard display and the Matador App—ensuring you're never caught off guard mid-cook. The Ignite+ Outdoor Kitchen includes two drawers, cupboard storage, and an integrated stainless-steel sink with a mixer tap and bamboo cutting board. The benchtops feature durable, heat-resistant porcelain tiles, combining premium materials with lasting performance. Additional thoughtful touches include LED backlit controls, a paper towel holder, tool hooks, and a built-in bottle opener—ensuring convenience is always within reach.
